Return Policy

Delivery:
Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (The delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for each product on the product detail pages.)

Returns and Exchanges: 

-All products available for sale on our website are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. This information is clearly stated on the product detail pages. 

-There is NO option for return or exchange for products that have been tried on in-store. 

-Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can make a one-time exchange for a different size. To create an exchange request, you need to send an email to info@nilaydinofficial.com stating the reason for exchange. Please include your name, surname, and order code in the email subject. 

-Products sent without creating an exchange request via email WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED. Your exchange request will be responded to via email. You are responsible for the shipping fee for exchanges. 

-You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch by writing the customer code received via email. Please have your tracking number with you. 

-When the received products are found to comply with the exchange conditions, your exchange request will be approved and the new product will be sent to you with 'cash on delivery.'

-Exchanges for online orders ARE NOT ACCEPTED

-Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with cash on delivery. 

 

Exchange Conditions: 

-Exchange can be made only once. Second exchanges are not allowed.

-Exchange is not possible for used products, products without labels, or products that have lost their originality. 

-Exchange is not accepted for products that have been damaged due to usage (tearing, deformations in shape, detachment, etc.). 

-Exchange is not accepted for products that have been tried with heavily scented perfumes or deodorants that may leave stains. Exchange is not made for free or promotional products that are sent as part of the order. For the exchange of any product within a set, all the products in the set must be sent together. Individual exchanges are not accepted. If only one product from a set is sent, Nil Aydın Official will not accept the exchange and will only process the exchange when all the products are sent together. 

-The responsibility for the package remains with the customer until it reaches the exchange address. Nil Aydın Official does not take any responsibility for damaged or lost packages during shipping. Please ensure that your packages are properly packaged and sent through a

trackable and insured shipping company.
